Shipping Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Twine & Twig. Following are the terms and conditions that compose our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time:

The items that you ordered will be dispatched within their stated processing time, although I make every effort to fulfil your orders as quickly as possible. If purchasing multiple items in the one order, all items will ship together within the processing time of the longest item. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times:

All orders are posted through Australia Post. 

Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time -

• Standard tracked postage 3+ business days
• Express Post 1-3 business days

Additional postage time of 2 - 4 business days may apply during sales and holiday periods.

If you would like to quicken post time, add the seperate Express Post listing to your order. This will not change the production time of your order.
